V4 broke camera support

What happened

I just upgraded crowsnest using Kiauh and now I have no stream anymore.

What did you expect to happen

I expected the upgrade to go well and to get my camera stream.

How to reproduce

Upgrade from latest v3 to latest v4. On Raspbian Lite, kernel 6.1.21-v8+ On a Raspberry Pi 4

Log file may help, it doesn't find camera-streamer :

@meteyou it's not a request for help, it is really a bug : upgrade script doesn't install the required lib ;-) I had to reinstall the package so it compiled the library :-)
