can't run a USB camera and a RPi camera at the same time #222

What happened

I cannot get a raspberry pi camera and a usb camera to work at the same time. The config section for the rpi camera just pulls the usb camera. Seems there needs to be an address for the RPi camera to keep it from just pulling /dev/video0.

What did you expect to happen

two cameras able to be set up independently
