There will be navigation region, content region for the body, footer region

Navigation region will have few blocks, Dropdoown menu block which will contain links to pages Tags, Users, Jobs, Companies Views.

Content Region will contain several blocks one for each sections in the original page.

Background
The practice project Stackoverflow_Clone development needs a theme similar to the one used in the original Stackoverflow website. To construct that we first need to understand the layouts and conduct RnD on these items to figure out how these can be done on Drupal 8.
Goal
Point out the items to be inside it and find the possible menu layouts.
