Python Package for the analyisis of X-Ray Magnetic Reflectivity data measured on heterostructures.
This tool shall provide a user friendly toolbox to analyse X-Ray Magnetic Reflectivity measurements by fitting models of heterostructures to it.
The package requires Python 3.
The distribution contains the python package "Pythonreflectivity" from Martin Zwiebler.
