User should be able to use LuaLaTeX instead of XeLaTeX.

Some users have separate dependencies which require LuaLaTeX, or they may already have LuaLaTeX integrated into their workflow.
LuaLaTeX allows many of the same extra features as XeLaTeX does.

At the moment both of my systems choke up while LuaLaTeX is trying to build its font database, so I have failed to compile anything with LuaLaTeX.
