Does not apply if last update was too long ago, without closing pamac #403

Last update wad made at 20h06, as you can see for the first line, that was the last update I did, that included several updates and this last one is the rtl8812.

This just proves the last update time, 20h06.

Now it's 22h45 and I kept paman open until now and checked updates, it appears a new one for "mlt", but when I press apply, nothing happens. But if I close it and open again, check updates, apply, it all works.

It keeps says: "Synchronizing package databases... Starting full system upgrade..." Like you can check below.

So steps for reproduce:
