Compare ATAC-Seq and RNA-Seq from lab and literature

Take the differentially accessible ATAC peak regions which have a distance to TSS less than absolute 1kbp.
Merge the genes from ATAC with genes from RNA-Seq from literature and lab.
Merge the genes from ATAC with (union) significant genes from RNA-Seq from literature and lab.
Merge the genes from ATAC with (intersection) significant genes from RNA-Seq from literature and lab.
