As per #34 , we decided to use the PNW8 dataset instead of the Adult from the lab. The reason being that the PNW8 data from the literature fits well with the ATAC. And, the reason being that the lab's Adult RNA-Seq data is polyA.

[x] Salmon object: PND8 + PND15 + PNW8
[x] DGE analysis
[x] DTE analysis
