cron job not working #2

this is normally something I haven't worked with before but I completely do not understand the key and signature thing the test page runs fine, but I'm trying to figure out how to set up XXXXX and YYYY on a manual run, I tried running the cron but it failed as well, any assistance would be appreciated

we have tried several options for manual runs and get an invalid signature

for example secret key is f3333e656597438015e6835662a5519f our random key is rnoY2qbuShNlX9UN9xUJCfk77Xvsd17d we came up with this URL BASEURL/plugin.php?page=DatabaseCleanup/cleanup&key=rnoY2qbuShNlX9UN9xUJCfk77Xvsd17d&sig=53A4DC1474CDCD7D4BDDB6B970746B22

the dummy cleaning page works fine
