OVE bottom bar is outside of view in 1080p screens

When navigating through the OVE editor in the "Sequence" page, I cannot see the bottom bar from OVE until I scroll down outside of the editor. This seems to be associated with 1080p resolution as I saw the behavior in Chrome browser 1080p screen and Brave browser with 4K screen downscaled to 1080p resolution (Both in Mac). Also, when removing the browser's toolbar and bookmarks, the behavior is as expected.

I wonder whether scroll could be disabled in the "Sequence" page with the OVE editor forced to fit in the center of the screen.

I see, two options are:

• Keep the editor size always equal to the vertical space
• Do that until a certain height, and from then on allow blank space below it.

I am sure this can be done relatively easily with CSS, if you want to give it a go.
