dnd marker wrongly positionned with JQuery UI 1.10 #412

Dynatree version: 1.2.4

The offset option has been removed in JQuery UI 1.10 
(http://jqueryui.com/upgrade-guide/1.9/#deprecated-offset-option-merged-into-my-
and-at).

Line #2675:
this.$dndMarker.show().position({
            my: "left top",
            at: "left top",
            of: $target,
            offset: markerOffset
            });
must be changed.
