Add some missing length units #44

Add missing length units px and pt to HtmlCommon.put_length.

Found by vnu checker, which also is the engine behind the W3C Markup Validation Service.

Merged, Would'nt it make sense to document the "hbar" class?

@maranget -- with respect to documenting "hbar" class: I'd like to rename the class before announcing it to all users. As it stands the name clashes with a LaTeX macro name (forgetting about the initial backslash for a moment).

What about "horizontal-rule", which goes along with the command name \@hr?
