new class HDF5Helper for easier file output
improved memory as well as performance in createMatrix by using dynamic arrays and removing unnecessary recreation of objects

I didn't find any reference to the version of boost that is downloaded automatically in the readme. There is an example if one wants to download and compile it oneself where 1.76 is mentioned, but this number needs to be adjusted to the version that one downloads anyway.
