plots not interactive? #10

It seems we are getting static images instead of plots built as htmlwidgets. I suspect this could be due to the unconventional build process and using github_document output with rmarkdown::build_site. Possible workaround might be to use the keep markdown option instead.

Same issue with python plots, although this may be due to the matplotlib backend.
