Files

runs_todo.csv:

• each row is a run, each column is a variable
• pfx: prefix for flexible naming of output [pfx][sp][sfx]simulation and [pfx][sp]_[sfx]_results folders
• sp: species abbreviation to match input paths for reefid_tif and pctcover_tif
• sfx: suffix for flexible naming of output [pfx][sp][sfx]simulation and [pfx][sp]_[sfx]_results folders
