Additions and fixes we needed to make for it to get production ready in our case

• fixed console stream formatting with old spigot and craftbukkit versions including mcpc and cauldron (1.6.4, 1.7.10)
• hold/unhold feature (no more exit, mark2 start -i and other users being aware someone is working on it)
• java args lower case boolean formatting for forge compatibility
• regex console stream formatting fixes
• highlight selected server
• cancel action chains on server restart from the plugin init, we don't want the ones from the old session in the new one
• mark2 command prompt command alias "." added for better usability (especially only mobile devices and for non linux users)
• fixed client crashing when one server closed and only one remained
