Incomplete Support statement #31

Current Support statement missing some language about intended use with MarkLogic Server, in production, encouraging feedback without promise of timeframe, etc. See other MarkLogic projects - like https://github.com/marklogic/java-client-api - would be good to have consistency.

Please refer to updated text for DHF, included below as point of reference. Key changes are to say "made available under...", reference "TechnicalSupport Handbook". Change anything specific to another product (eg DHF). The rest should be pretty boilerplate/straight copy paste.
