Add "test archive" entry #87

Basically I'd like to have a right click entry to test the archive. This is something that is present in 7zip on windows for example, but I've never found it on linux DE.

The behaviour is like this:

  1. If the file is not damaged, it shows a window with "archive is inctat" or something.
  2. If the file is damaged, it shows a window with the list of issues (directly from the cli maybe?)

The idea is not having to open the archive at all and check the integrity FAST.

Engrampa's Caja extension uses running Engrampa with various command-line options... so first we'd need to add a command-line option for testing an archive.

well, I am a bit surprised there's not a commandline option to test archives. I mean, most cli archivers provide that ability, but I guess engrampa is different. I guess I'll have to hope it'll get added, or find someone willing to make a script+extension for caja. I suppose it won't happen easily judjing by the delay in the answer ;)

It might happen, it's just that our team is small and there's a lot of open bug reports and feature requests :smile:
