Extending from risk of contraction to risk of transmission #108

This is a great tool that also should consider extension to estimating the probability of the individual causing a transmission to someone else. Persons that have had vaccinations or previously had COVID and recovered are less likely to cause transmission even if they subsequently end up with a breakthrough case of COVID.
