Feature/add astrazeneca vax #98

Hi Emma, This PR contains the front end changes to the shiny app now we have added AstraZeneca to the API. I am aware the app is mostly relevant for US users but I figure maybe there are Americans who got AstraZeneca during travelling overseas so this could still be useful to add.
