Let plugins use an App icon to shine in the Piwik Marketplace

Wordpress introduced new icons for plugins to make them shine in the repository:

This issue is about adding the similar functionality for plugins in the Piwik Marketplace to define one or several high quality icons, and display them in the Marketplace within Piwik App and also when browsing marketplace on http://plugins.piwik.org

Thoughts:

• We'd then maybe update the 3 column layout of plugins and themes.piwik.org to one column as we do not have that much space as wordpress (sidebar takes a lot of space).
• It should also look nice when there is no logo as currently developers often not even add screenshots.
• It looks probably very nice on WP screenshot as you see some of the biggest wordpress plugins that have probably more installs than Piwik and obviously they care about the logo or had already one.

We have introduced plugin cover images with Matomo 5.1, which will be displayed within the in-app marketplace, if the plugin provides one. So the in-app part is already done. On plugin.matomo.org those images are not yet displayed in the overview, so this part could still be a considerable improvement.
