I believe asset handling should be merge specific rather than global settings. I do want to unpack and rebuild .bsa when merging a few mods with small scripts packed in .bsa, but I don't want to do it when merging mods that come with a huge set of ressource files.
(On a side note, I think the handling for MCM Translations, INI files, and SEQ shouldn't be user-defined but auto-enabled if mods merged have one associated).
