Bot should invite moderator to all spaces automatically #96

When the bot creates the spaces, it should invite the moderator bot into the spaces as well.

Not a blocker for FOSDEM 2022

Note that the moderator bot already gets invited to regular rooms, but not any (sub)spaces.
