compareRepertoiresexpects a list with certain columns containing certain objects, but currently we do not make sure this list looks like what it should. It would be good to check the presence of at least the annotations column in both lists provided to compareRepertoires, and maybe even throw an error pointing to the above link if either of these list names is incorrect.
