turn display tool on -- #18

before this change, the helper-tool was set to display:none, even if in admin mode. Now it functions properly again.

Thanks for this. A toggle to show and hide the helper tool is currently added to the admin bar - although it may not show if either the admin bar is hidden, or there are JS errors on your site.
