replacedBy, replacedElement, deletion missing in kinetic network

The listed nodes must be part of the kinetic network.

• also create styles for the elements
• register a SBase if available

This is very important information to understand the connections of the ExternalModelDefinitions and ModelDefinitions and the main model in comp models.

This is displayed in the meanwhile. No network with deletions for testing. But replacedElements and replacedBy are working. Reopen if issues with comp:deletion display.
