SIF export for SBML files broken #235

SIF export in Cytoscape relies on unique names, which is not the case for SBML files (either optional or don't have to be unique).

Provide option for a clean SIF export from SBML files.

Won't fix. This is a cytoscape issue. No core functionality. Issue is reported.
