Update build dependencies and documentation to Cy3.6 #253

From now on build against the Cy3.6 interface and bump minimal requirement to Cy3.6. We want to force people to upgrade to latest Cytoscape version (many bug fixes, also some new required features) Update README.md and other documentation.

This is outdated. Already at cytoscape 3.7.
