Update uniprotjapi #258

Update of uniprot library for 2018.02 release necessary.

Hi all, The new UniProt data, for release 2018.02, has been made public today. Regarding the UniProtJAPI itself, we need make a new release 1.0.17 to cope with new cross references in UniProt. In this release, we also changed our backend Solr service into cloud mode. Please update to avoid the warning message about unknown cross references ? but note that we have made no breaking API code changes and so after updating, your code will continue to function as usual.
