Bug in naming networks if models have number suffixes #259

Networks are named incorrectly, e.g., loading "limax_pkpd_39" results in correct network collection but incorrect subnetworks, i.e., "All: limax_pkpd_40", "Base: limax_pkpd_40", "Kinetic: limax_pkpd_40"

This is an cytoscape bug assuming counting names up if ending in "_1".
