NCIT annotations not resolved via OLS #265

Problems resolving the NCIT annotations. This seems to be because of the strange identifier pattern on OLS, see https://github.com/EBISPOT/OLS/issues/198

This implements a major bug fix in the retrieval of terms from OWL ontologies from OLS. Currently only terms from OBO ontologies worked correctly, this is now also working for OWL.
