Update to JavaFX11 and controlsFX #273

JavaFX is finally separated from Java (this allows to update especally the browser component without having to wait on a new "supported" Java release). Move away from the JavaFX included in Java 8 and to the separate JavaFX 11.

Also controlsFX moved on quit a bit. Update the library and features.
