Right now the setup process via paver isn't working at all. It
compiles correctly, installs the egg-INFO and nrnvisio script but the
package neuronvisio itself is not installed. And as i've seen the
archives from PyPI do not include neuronvisio under src/, so a
successful install via easy_install is not possible.
