Signal in a more graceful way that the model can't be loaded #55

Just make sure that if the model can't be loaded automatically, we open a Dialog and explain what are the possibilities to the user.

This has been closed in this commit https://github.com/mattions/neuronvisio/commit/8650311103077f378840482ba09bce5358b14659 However I got the wrong number.

This should give the right one.
