As a CEO, I want to be able to gather Net Promoter Score (NPS) so I can see how satisfied my users are and how likely they are to recommend the app to others on a rank of 1-10 #29

NPS - or net promoter score, is a ranking between 1-10 on how likely a user is to recommend this app to others. We would collect this through user reviews on the app, or surveys. Link to METRICS.md
