Determine How To Populate Validation_Date #9

Here is the question we sent to the subject matter experts:

This is the description we used for the data model change. VALIDATION_DATE: this will be used to indicate that last date the subaddressrecord was validated.

I think the intent was to associate use this as some kind of “data freshness” indicator. If we are updating from 2020 Melissa data, what date should we use?
