✨ 💾 Local Backup & Restore

Added Backup and Restore to footer nav.

On Backup

• save ['user.settings', 'canvas.sections']
  • to backup-{date}.json

On Restore

• try to parse file
• if successful
  • set ['user.settings', 'canvas.sections']
  • reload window
