Getting started:

1. Sign up on WEKEO and access the JupyterHub Machine Learning server https://www.wekeo.eu/docs/using-jupyter

2. From the terminal on Wekeo JupyterHub:

   git clone https://github.com/maxaragon/COFFEE.git

3. Create an environment, install the kernel and download the data:

   cd COFFEE sh start.sh
