LSB/USB Backwards... #197

For some reason My radio is changing to the wrong sideband when I click on SSB 40/20 meters. I could have sworn this was working way back when. I can't imagine I haven't noticed this 'till now...

Will have to fix this after CQWWSSB.

I'm pretty sure that what is happening is when the band/mode label is clicked:

First the new freq is sent to the radio, then the mode is changed. But the Radio hasn't been polled yet, so the change mode sees the old frequency and sends the wrong SSB mode to the radio when the freq crosses the 10M boundary.

So I think we have to send the intended freq to the change_mode function.
