82 bandmap and spots should work without telnet #83

Pressing CTRL-M in the main window will send a MARKDX multicast packet. The bandmap window will parse the packet and add the callsign to the bandmap window. The timestamp is placed far into the future so as to not expire. If the call is worked later it will show as red in the bandmap.
