Ability to group entries by client #75

Would be really nice to be able to use GROUP BY CLIENT, since Toggl provides this functionality.

It's really handy when creating weekly/monthly reports. So, instead of a project list you could see the time spent on each client. or even include both projects and clients given the "include" option.

For example, in the screenshot below it would be something like:

That's a good idea! I am currently swamped with my last semester of uni, but I'll keep this in mind for the summer when my time opens up again.

FYI I'm always open to pull requests if you want to give it a try! Otherwise I'll pick it up in a few months myself.

Could you please give me some quick guide on how to run the project? I might have the time to try and do something abt it myself
