Users need to know how to update the data in local mode #13

Does it happen automatically as part of some other process? Do we need to create a command to do it?

I'll update the package or readme or whatever. Just let me know how it works and assign this back to me.

I think this is important for users of the repository (who may be deploying it for themselves), but IMHO the priority right now is features that affect users of a shared production instance.

This may change if, for example, we expect early users to use a local database of a very constrained class of generated issues. IMHO, the biggest problem with that approach is coordinating who works on what PRs in a hackathon context.
