Add a --remove flag to opt in to removing supported versions #31

@mdittmer with this change I find that the default behavior of the command is quite reasonable and less likely to contain mistakes. Running with --remove reveals some cases where BCD is still wrong, but also some where Confluence is wrong.

I pushed a second commit to remove --from-confluence since the code for it came up a lot in my grepping while getting into the code, and would have required extra work to make --from-confluence --remove work. If you'd prefer to keep it I can drop that commit though.
