CF7 Page Tile and Page URL empty

I turned on the options:

• Save Page Title from Contact Form 7 submissions
• Save Page URL from Contact Form 7 submissions
• Save Submitted From Page URL from Contact Form 7 submissions

But the Page URL and Page Title columns in the database are empty. The Submitted From Page URL is filled in though.

Any advice?

@altert sorry but that doesn't solve the issue. Still missing the fields Page URL and Page Title from DB.

@mdsimpson Can you please check? WP Version 4.9.8 Plugin Version 2.10.36
