No security updates going through, not on WP plugin directory #53

I just got a notification from Wordfence that this is vulnerable and security updates are not on Wordpress plugins... why was it removed?

Furthermore, if updates set to go to the latest url it disables the plugin, the plugin directory changed from contact-form-7-to-database-extension to contact-form-7-to-database-extension-2.10.36. . . Why?
