Custom domain with HTTPS #15

Test with mdvan.es

Use built-in Lets Encrypt certificates: https://blog.github.com/2018-05-01-github-pages-custom-domains-https/

Test with https://mdvan.es completed succesfully. After full migration set up main domain as https://mdworld.nl and set up https://mdvan.es as a redirect.

Potentially swap this later.

Swapped, and https://www.mdworld.nl works, but https://mdworld.nl gives a certificate warning

Manually changed the domain in settings to mdworld.nl instead of www.mdworld.nl. But left it at www.mdworld.nl in FQDN setting in travis.yml. Check after next release.

It is reset after deployment, so set to mdworld.nl in the travis.yml
