In-Game: Show Debug Info and Options for facilitator #8

While the facilitator is taking care of the test, we should show some guiding information (not visible to the VR participant).

There should also be an option to finish the test prematurely, or after the test has finished and the facilitator wish to continue.

I have worked out some improved mockups for the in-game behavior with Hendrik. it's based on the following:

There is a lot of subtle behavioral changes and information slots which I have left unexplained. Feel free to ask questions in here, related to them and we can get them clarified as we go.
