Why remove tracker-upnp?

tracker-upnp does not build with tracker-0.12.

There is still a problem with the glib version. now json-glib does not build with glib from git.

Those commits don't seem too right in each case I can think of a better way to fix the problem, even if it's more work.

1/ It's been a while since we haven't looked at tracker-upnp, but it might just compile with tracker-0.12 when bumping the dependency in the configuration file. I'd rather fix the module or drop it entirely than commenting it.

2/ and 3/ I'd rather not use any git versions, because it can be a bit unstable at times (glib was a few weeks back around threading for instance) the whole stack seems to compile with the versions we have in the module set so not sure what was your problem in the first place (we can still bump the dependency of pango).
