Incompatibility of version with x21 #96

the current new installation install meshplex with version 0.18.5 x21 with version 0.3.3

this results in error in optimesh: ValueError: Need x21 < 0.3

the problem is that working mesplex version 0.17 is not available on the pip channel anymore.

tested with python 3.10

Fixed in 0.9.4.
