This PR handles the missing boilerplates that must be added to some schema definitions; discussed in https://github.com/metanorma/iso-10303/issues/232#issuecomment-2128201848. Plus, other adjustments.
Deep refactoring still needs to be done in resource templates. I'll raise another PR for that.
